How long will it take to receive my order?

We use the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to ship all orders including international orders. US orders take 3-5 days and international orders take 8-12 days.

We fill orders within 1-3 business days. (Please note: the warehouse is not open, and does not process or ship orders, on weekends or U.S. national holidays.) Shipping time varies according to distance from our offices.

With that being said, the import/export business can be difficult to predict. Sometimes our overseas shipments are delayed in transit, or held for inspection by customs or FDA officials - none of which is in our control. As a result, we sometimes run short of supply unexpectedly. We do our best to keep our site updated for out-of-stock items, and to notify all customers who may be subject to a "back order." But due to our limited staffing, we may not be able to send a notice for a couple of days. When that happens, we appreciate your understanding and patience with us!

In addition, we regret that, in spite of our best efforts, our packages are sometimes delayed or lost in transit, especially to international destinations where delivery cannot always be fully traced, even with a "tracking number." In particular, foreign Customs offices occasionally put a "hold" on international orders and may not even notify you, the recipient, that they are holding your package. So if your international order doesn't arrive within a couple of weeks after we send you notice it has been shipped, you may want to first check with your local customs office, to see whether they might be holding it there for some reason.


Free product satisfaction

We know that if our products are used as directed, you have at least a 98% chance of the product working for you at some level; that is, if you give our products the chance to work for you. That means using our products faithfully for at least 90-180 days. 

We want you to be satisfied with your experience with our products, be realistic about your expectations. Be patient & allow the products sufficient time to work. The results from our studies, our un-edited testimonials from real people just like you & repeat orders clearly indicate that our products/systems do work!

Here’s how our free product satisfaction works; if our systems or products have not worked for you. You are eligible to receive FREE PRODUCTS until you achieve the results you desire. Providing that you adhere to the following conditions;


3 Month:

1. If after 90 days you haven't obtained the results you desire, simply purchase another 3-month supply of products to qualify for the 6-month free product satisfaction. Once you have used our system or products 180 days & you have not yet obtained the results you desire, simply e-mail the customer service department to activate the monthly delivery of your FREE products.


6 Month:

  1. 1. E-mail the customer service department within 180 days from the date you received your package to activate your FREE products.

  2. Once you begin receiving your FREE products, you must e-mail the customer service department before the 30th of every month to keep your FREE products coming. If you need assistance with our free product satisfaction just e-mail us, we are here to help you! Miscellaneous Policies

    A: We understand that everyone's body is different including; metabolism, diet, chemistry, genetics, personal habits and how it can effect how our products will work for you personally. Results vary depending on how well your body incorporates herbs and this may take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months or more. You are encouraged to use all the products according to the directions to ensure the quickest most effective results. The largest cause of people not responding to our products is due to a lapse in the program(s) or diversion from the instructions. It is vital that you follow the program(s) exactly as prescribed. The serving sizes/amounts used need to be on a consistent and regular schedule to achieve the desired results. Most people who do not see positive results with our products have generally not used the products correctly or long enough. Please be patient & allow the products sufficient time to work. If our products do not meet your desired goal, it does not mean that it did not work for you. If your symptoms were reduced or it took longer than expected they worked.

    B: Give our products the best chance to work for you by following the dietary guidelines, which are staying away from caffeine, alcohol, cigarettes and carbonated beverages. Research shows that 98% of people show improvement with our products by the end of 90-180 days. Because of this research, we ask that everyone give our products a fair chance to work by taking/using 3 to 6 bottles for 90-180 days. Our products should start taking effect anywhere from one to three months and for best results from six months. Our goal is to provide you with excellent customer support & service with our products as your satisfaction & success are very important to us!

    C: If you do not email the customer service department before the 30th of each month, the free products will be voided. The free product satisfaction is limited to 6 months. After 6 months you will no longer be able to receive free products.

    D: Reorders constitute satisfaction so if you do not contact the customer service department at the end of your 3 or 6 month period stating the products haven't worked for you, the free product satisfaction will be voided once a reorder is placed. All promotional sale & individual product orders are final & do not qualify for free products. Obvious, intentional abuse or fraud will void our free product satisfaction to that person(s). There will be no refunds given for refused packages due to customer refusal when delivery is being attempted.

    E: Please be aware that additional taxes and tariffs may apply on international orders. We have no control over them and cannot be responsible for them. You may wish to contact your local postal service or import/customs office to find out what charges are applied to foreign purchases. We cannot guarantee that your country does not have restrictions regarding importation of herbal products, so please be sure to check before ordering, as we are not responsible for packages that are confiscated or destroyed by customs agents.

    F: Cancellation Policy - Due to our processing system, we are unable to cancel orders. At this point, we can only accept exchanges. Please be sure you want what you've ordered.

    G: If you have an existing illness or allergies of any kind, we stress the importance of speaking to your physician about the herbs in our products prior to making your purchase, as we are unable to return the products if you can not use them.

    H: In regards to product descriptions, product labels, individual supplement facts and various other informational content found throughout our website and included pages, we try our best to provide current and accurate information. If typographical errors appear on or within our website, we sincerely apologize and appreciate all help in identifying such errors so as to correct them as quickly as possible. Nonetheless, we cannot be held responsible for typographical errors and assumes no responsibility for said errors. While we work to ensure that product information is correct, on occasion manufacturers may alter their ingredient lists. Actual product packaging and materials may contain more and/or different information than that shown on our web site. We recommend that you do not solely rely on the information presented and that you always read labels, warnings, and directions before using or consuming a product.
